CHA offers an exciting service for after-hours calls. A nurse triage system will allow parents / families to speak to a nurse or nurse practitioner, ensuring that non-urgent questions are answered in a timely manner. In an urgent situation you will be instructed to call back and ask the answering service to speak with the physician on call. The CHA providers recommend that you call for general questions, appointment requests, and refill requests during regular office hours. In an emergency situation, please call 911 or take your child to the ER.
